We want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, we offer exchanges or refunds to your original payment method (final sale items and gift cards excluded).
- Return Request: You have 5 days from receiving your order to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, free of stains and odors, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Please remember that alterations will void the return policy.
- Return Shipping: You’ll need to ship your return within 14 days of receiving the label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Late returns qualify for store credit only.
- Return Processing: Once your item arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your return in 4-5 business days.
- Damaged Items: Contact us within 5 days of receiving a damaged item. Email your order number and photos to contact@elaathelabel.com and we’d be happy to assist you!
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
For a faster exchange, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. If you're not in a hurry, you can request an exchange, and we’ll send the new item once your return is processed.
